TRANSPORT ARRANGEMENTS, FREIGHT FORWARDING and LOGISTICS SERVICES
We would be happy to assist you with organising international transport, including temporary storage of your goods. We advise you on how and where to complete the necessary customs procedures, where to have your goods stored securely, and what you need to bear in mind when organising multimodal or sea transport. Naturally, we will also provide you with an overview of the accompanying documents required and how to complete them correctly. In certain cases, depending on the type of goods and the direction of transport, we are happy to organise and carry out the entire logistics process on your behalf.
Our experience
We have been organising international lorry transport since 1998. Between 2015 and 2020, our activities included the sea transport of containers from South Asia and to the Middle East, as well as multimodal sea-rail transport.
DELIVERIES of GOODS, IMPORTS and EXPORTS
Most questions regarding cross-border deliveries arise when issuing outgoing invoices and receiving incoming documents, which must ensure correct customs clearance and taxation. It is worth having a clear understanding of the accompanying documents before confirming an order. Our experience
Since 2008, as a contractual partner of a staircase manufacturer, we have been supplying our customers in Eastern Europe with staircase and banister systems. Between 2015 and 2024, acting as an agent for an international holding company, we imported and sold surfaces panels.
ACCOUNTING
We offer assistance with bookkeeping and account posting for small businesses primarily involved in import/export trade or the freight forwarding and logistics sectors. We handle the posting of your business transactions, prepare interim reports, and verify the accuracy and completeness of outgoing and incoming documents. In our work, we use Lexware Buchhaltung Pro, a product from the market-leading provider of professional accounting software. Account allocation is carried out in SKR03 format for companies that have opted for both balance sheet accounting and EÜR (income surplus accounting). Our experience
Since we first started trading, we have always placed particular emphasis on accurate and precise bookkeeping at our accounting and tax office. Since 2018, following the purchase of Lexware software, we have been carrying out account allocation in parallel with the accounting office, whilst constantly reconciling the reports. Since 2022, we have been carrying out the bookkeeping independently, including payroll accounting, the preparation of tax assessments and annual financial statements.

Our experience
2011–2014 We launched a project, a kind of publishing venture, under which we acquired publishing licences from a number of German publishers; the books were then translated, printed and exported to our partner. 2015–2024 As the representative of an international holding company, we have undertaken a wide range of activities, from importing goods and checking product quality to registering trademarks, advertising and exhibiting at the INTERZUM trade fair in Cologne.
